Welcome to Kawangware Slum Organization.
We are in Nairobi Kenya Africa.
An organization working to help children and others in our community with support and other efforts.
Our organization is a Community Based Organization that works diligently to bring the needed support to our area.
One of our goals are to help others create businesses to bring sustainable possibilities in our community.
Our current focus is to provide the needed funding for children in our care to complete schooling. Many communities struggle due to poor education. This is due to fees to attend school.
We have a few young boys and others that desperately need the extra assistance to complete school and go further with their education.
They have done well in their schooling grades and may continue to further their education.
This young man wishes to continue his education in Polytechnic School.
Meet Dancan Who is a vibrant soul who is wishing to continue to learn new skills.
With our children such as Dancan completing educations such as this.
It provides our communities the opportunities needed to become more sustainable.
In many Third World Countries where poverty and life can be difficult, the gauging criteria to access any meaningful life is education. Education has remained to be the only equalizer. Help us change the lives of the young people in Kawangware Slum of Nairobi Kenya by ensuring the kids are not sent home for lack of fees.

We have invited you into our hearts to share only a few of the children who desperately need funding to complete their education.
Kawangware as a Community Based Organization focuses on each school year in advance. We look for donations and funding before we enter each year.
We begin requiring in advance the donations to assure each child's education for the year.
When we focus before the school year, we have a better chance of having the payments ready for each child we are able to send.
Educating the children is our greatest concern, although we have bigger dreams of even venturing into training like motorcycle repair, carpentry, mechanics, welding.
Please help us reach our goals to provide to our community.
I Am Dickson Mutashe
I am the vision bearer of Sound Doctrine Gospel Center and founder and patron of Kawangware Slum Organization.
I am a mechanical engineer by profession having graduated with a diploma in mechanical engineering.
Kawangware Slum Org helps our community through several ways, finding solutions to assist those in our communities helping teach small business and other options such as computer skills so people in our community may create means and ways to fund their lives.
As an organization it is the community that matters, this is why education is the ultimate goal for our organization.
Education is the advantage and solution to poverty.
